 High-performance burner system
Features a vertical heating coil with an air-insulated double jacket to trap heat inside
and keep the burner cool outside. Continuous ignition provides uniform heat distribution.
This 90%+ fuel efficient burner system guarantees low emissions and a long service life.
Comfort and convenience
The low resitsance trigger gun features complete machine shut-off. Ergonomically designed
machine handles provide user comfort. Also featured are semi-pneumatic tires to provide
easy mobility and a swivel type caster with a brake for safety. |
 Everything under control
Clear indicator lights are provided for monitoring the motor, low fuel cut-out and scale
inhibitor system. Large dimensioned dials for on/off function of the unit and burner,
temperature control and detergent metering make these models safe and convenient to use.
Infinitely variable controls
Customized control is achieved through infinitely variable chemical metering, operating
pressure, water volume and temperature (HDS 500 Ci has variable water temperature only).

 Highest quality and safety standards
Our units are equipped with patented Karcher direct-drive three piston axial pumps with
brass cylinder heads and stainless steel valves and pistons
A grouped safety system (all models except HDS 500Ci) incorporates low water and fuel
cut-off, a pulsation dampener and two pressure switches (full-size models only). In
addition, all machine controls run off low 24 VAC for maximum protection.
Motor protection
In case of high temperature or high amp draw, automatic safety shutdown occurs. |
 Plenty of power
The patented Karcher air- and water-cooled electric motor drives the high-pressure pump,
fuel pump and blower fan while providing pre-heated water at the same time to ensure
optimum efficiency and long service life (HDS 500 Ci, 600 Ci, 801 E motors are air-cooled
only).

 Quick set-up and storage
Removable corrosion-proof detergent tanks and built-in corrosion-resistant fuel tanks are
conveniently filled from the outside without opening the machine cover. Built-in storage
provides plenty of room for accessories (all models except the Ci Series).

 Outstanding corrosion protection
The compact design includes a one-piece, deep drawn, galvanized and powder-coated chassis
to provide maximum protection against corrosion.
Integrated anti-scale device
The scale inhibitor system decreases machine downtime by preventing mineral deposits in
the burner coil. |
 High-speed heating chamber
When high cleaning efficiency is required and exhaust fumes are unacceptable, this
high-speed, electrically heated chamber provides hot water quickly (HDS 801 E only).
